A Night Focused on Japanese Technique and Seasonal Ingredients

Sukiyaki and sushi represent two different approaches to Japanese cuisine.

Sukiyaki is known for its hot pot preparation, where thinly sliced meat and vegetables are gently cooked in a sweet-savory soy-based broth. Sushi highlights precision through seasoned rice, seafood selection, and careful preparation.

For this special dinner, Aburi Sushi combines both styles into one menu, creating a progression from seafood-focused opening courses to wagyu and sushi selections.
