Second Cup Fall Menu With Pumpkin Drinks and Red Bull Fuji Apple & Ginger Infuzers
Second Cup Café is starting its fall menu early this year with new drinks, returning pumpkin items, and café-first access to Red Bull Fuji Apple & Ginger.
Launching August 18, 2026, the menu includes six limited-time food and beverage items at participating Second Cup locations across Canada.
This year’s lineup combines familiar pumpkin flavours with new non-coffee options. It also introduces two Red Bull Infuzers made with Fuji Apple & Ginger.
Red Bull Fuji Apple & Ginger Arrives in Second Cup Cafés
Second Cup customers can try Red Bull Fuji Apple & Ginger in two new Infuzers.
The new drinks include:
- Apple Pie Infuzer
- Raspberry Apple Infuzer
Both drinks use Red Bull Fuji Apple & Ginger as the base. The flavour brings together apple notes with a ginger finish.
As a result, the Infuzers add a fruit-forward option to Second Cup’s fall drink menu. They also expand the café chain’s non-coffee lineup.
Pumpkin Drinks Return With a Matcha Addition
Second Cup is also bringing back several pumpkin items for the fall menu.
Returning items include:
- Pumpkin Spice Latte
- Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
- Pumpkin Spice Muffin
In addition, the café is adding a new Iced Matcha with Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam.
The drink gives customers another way to order pumpkin flavour without choosing a coffee-based drink. It also adds matcha to Second Cup’s fall menu in a new format.
Six Limited-Time Items Available Across Canada
The full fall menu includes both drinks and bakery items.

Meanwhile, Second Cup says the menu will run for a limited time at participating cafés.
The fall lineup is available from August 18 to November 9, 2026, or while supplies last.
Second Cup Adds More Non-Coffee Choices
The launch also shows how Second Cup is building out its menu beyond traditional coffee drinks.
Alongside espresso drinks and bakery items, the new Infuzers give customers another option for afternoon orders, café meetups, and on-the-go visits.
Roxane Desjardins, Marketing Director at Second Cup Café, said fall plays a major role in the café industry because of the flavours that return to cafés, restaurants, and homes across the country.
She also noted that this year’s menu pairs familiar pumpkin items with café-first access to Red Bull Fuji Apple & Ginger.
