Deauville Club’s Macallan Whisky Journey Is Here for TIFF 2026
The Macallan Whisky Journey at Deauville Club is bringing a three-course French-inspired dinner and three whisky pairings to downtown Toronto for TIFF 2026. Available through September 20, the limited-time experience costs $200 per person and is joined by a TIFF cocktail menu created by Toronto mixologist Cayden Kim.

What Is the Macallan Whisky Journey?
Executive Chef Justin Raponi leads the three-course dinner, with each course paired with a different Macallan expression. The experience runs from September 10 to 20, 2026, alongside this year’s Toronto International Film Festival.
The TIFF Dinner Menu
Guests can choose from the following dishes:
- Opening Scene: Ontario Beet Carpaccio or Pan-Seared Scallops, paired with The Macallan 12 Year Old
- Feature Presentation: Truffled Chicken Supreme, Soy-Braised Short Ribs or Delicata Squash Curry, paired with The Macallan 15 Year Old
- Final Frame: Crème Brûlée or Mango Passionfruit Charlotte Dome, paired with The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Year Old

Cayden Kim’s TIFF Cocktail Menu Continues Through September 20
The dinner is not the only TIFF-specific offering at Deauville Club. Toronto mixologist Cayden Kim created a limited-time cocktail menu that also runs until September 20.
Kim made a special in-person appearance behind the bar on September 12. While that guest shift has now passed, his TIFF cocktail menu remains available for the rest of the festival. Deauville Club describes his style as culinary-driven, with an emphasis on modern techniques and unexpected flavour combinations.
The current lineup includes:
- Ginza Fashioned: Toki Japanese Whisky, shiso, Choya Umeshu and yuzu
- Peachtom: Roku Gin, RinQuinQuin Peach Wine, Vidal Icewine, cherry tomato and yuzu
- Beano Vino: Reposado tequila, coffee-infused sweet vermouth, fresh pineapple and roasted barley
- Hoji Negroni: Gin, cacao-infused Campari, coffee sweet vermouth, coconut water and hojicha
That mix makes the bar worth considering even if you are not booking the full whisky-paired dinner.
