The new Shake Shack will open at 765 Yonge Street, near the corner of Yonge Street and Bloor Street. The restaurant will take over the former Albert Britnell Book Shop and Starbucks space, placing it just steps from Bloor-Yonge Station in one of Toronto’s busiest neighbourhoods.
When Will It Open?
While an official opening date hasn’t been announced, the restaurant is expected to welcome customers in Fall 2026. Construction is already underway, making it the latest addition to Shake Shack’s growing expansion.
