Miku Toronto Hosts One-Day Japanese Seafood & Prime Rib Buffet This Summer

Miku Toronto is bringing together Japanese seafood, signature Aburi favourites, and summer ingredients for a special Mid-Summer Japanese Seafood & Prime Rib Buffet on July 26, 2026.

Taking place at Miku’s waterfront location inside WaterPark Place at 10 Bay Street, the one-day event will feature a wide selection of sushi, seafood, hot dishes, and desserts curated by Chef de Cuisine Michael Acero.

A Japanese Buffet Featuring Seafood, Sushi, and Prime Rib

The buffet will highlight Miku’s approach to contemporary Japanese cuisine, combining traditional techniques with modern flavours and seasonal ingredients.

Guests can begin at the raw bar and appetizer stations, featuring:

  • Chef-selected sashimi
  • Seared tuna tataki with truffle ponzu
  • Shrimp cocktail with yuzu cocktail sauce
  • Salmon Nanbanzuke
  • Kinpira and heritage mix greens with umami vinaigrette
  • Chilled edamame
  • Seaweed and tomato salad
  • Miso soup

The seafood selections will be paired with Miku’s signature sushi offerings, including:

  • Aburi Oshi Sushi
  • Chef-selected Aburi nigiri
  • Chef-selected maki sushi

  • Atlantic salmon miso yaki
  • Boneless pork ribs with kara miso glaze
  • Vegetable dumplings

The buffet format allows guests to enjoy a variety of dishes throughout the afternoon while sampling different flavours from Miku’s menu.
