Instructions
1. Prepare the Cupcakes
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually fold in half the flour and ¼ cup milk. Repeat with the remaining flour and milk until the batter is smooth.
- Spoon batter into the muffin cups, filling each ¾ full.
- Bake for 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
