Stockholm’s Lucy’s Flower Shop Comes to Toronto for Three-Day Cocktail Collaboration
Toronto’s cocktail scene will welcome one of Stockholm’s most recognized bars this August as Lucy’s Flower Shop joins forces with The Pompette Group for three days of cocktails, music, and industry conversations.
From August 9–11, the Stockholm bar team will take over Bar Pompette, Bar Allegro, and the Toronto Cocktail Conference, bringing together bartenders from Sweden and Canada through guest shifts and an educational session focused on sustainability, sourcing, and modern hospitality.
Previously ranked No. 49 on The World’s 50 Best Bars list, Lucy’s Flower Shop has gained international attention for its precise approach to cocktails and its focus on thoughtful techniques. The Toronto visit will offer guests and industry professionals a chance to connect with the team behind the Stockholm venue.
Lucy’s Flower Shop Takes Over Bar Pompette
The series begins on Sunday, August 9, with a one-night-only guest shift at Bar Pompette.
Recently recognized among Canada’s leading cocktail bars, Bar Pompette will welcome Lucy’s Flower Shop for an evening featuring four cocktails from the Stockholm bar’s menu.
The guest shift begins at 7 p.m. and continues until sold out.
Guests can enjoy cocktails prepared by the Lucy’s Flower Shop team while experiencing a collaboration between two hospitality groups focused on creativity, technique, and service.
Bar Allegro Hosts a Night of Cocktails and Music
On Monday, August 10, the collaboration moves to Bar Allegro for a different take on the traditional guest shift format.
Instead of a fixed menu, the evening will change throughout the night as Lucy’s Flower Shop, World Class bartender Jacob Martin, and Toronto’s Uh Bar introduce new cocktails.
Running from 8 p.m. to midnight, the event will also feature a live DJ set from Lucy’s Flower Shop co-founder Ola Carlson, combining cocktails and music in a late-night setting.
Toronto Cocktail Conference Explores Better Bar Practices
The three-day collaboration concludes on Tuesday, August 11, with the Toronto Cocktail Conference session:
From Soil to Service: Built Better. Poured Better.
The masterclass will examine how sourcing, sustainability, and craftsmanship influence the process behind modern cocktails — from ingredient selection to the final drink.
The panel includes:

- Ola Carlson — mixologist and co-founder of Lucy’s Flower Shop
- Maxime Hoerth — co-founder of The Pompette Group and Meilleur Ouvrier de France–honoured bartender
