Freshii Launches New Heartii Salads With Hearty Portions and Bold Flavours

Toronto food lovers have three new reasons to visit Freshii. The Canadian quick service restaurant has launched its new Heartii Salads lineup.

The new menu features three generously portioned salads. These include the Habibii Salad, BBQ Chicken Salad and a newly redeveloped Kale Caesar.

Freshii introduced the new salads on August 18, 2026. Guests can now find them at participating Freshii locations across Canada.

The new lineup brings together fresh vegetables, hearty proteins and bold sauces. As a result, diners can enjoy a satisfying meal without giving up the fresh ingredients Freshii is known for.

Meet Freshii’s New Heartii Salads

First up is the Habibii Salad, a plant based option inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours.

The salad combines falafel with spicy roasted broccoli and crispy chickpeas. It also includes cherry tomatoes, beets, cucumber and roasted sweet potato.

Freshii adds red cabbage, pickled red onion, romaine and kale to the mix. Finally, a pesto vinaigrette brings the ingredients together.

Next, the BBQ Chicken Salad offers a smoky and savoury option.

This salad features blackened chicken, romaine and kale. It also comes with bacon, pickled red onion, avocado, aged cheddar and red cabbage.

To finish, Freshii adds Fiery BBQ Sauce and Green Goddess Ranch. Together, the sauces give the salad a mix of smoky, creamy and tangy flavours.

Meanwhile, the Kale Caesar gets a new look and recipe.

The updated salad delivers 45 grams of protein. It features roasted chicken, crisp kale and romaine, Parmesan crisps and a jammy egg.

It also includes shaved Parmesan, roasted bacon, grape tomatoes, hemp seeds and Mediterranean crunch. A creamy Greek yogurt Caesar dressing finishes the dish.

Freshii Adds More Hearty Salad Options

According to Chef Jason Baker, Director of Culinary at Freshii, today’s guests want meals that feel nutritious and satisfying.

The new Heartii Salads aim to meet those expectations. They combine fresh ingredients with bold flavours and larger portions.

Moreover, the three options give diners different ways to enjoy a salad. The Habibii offers a plant based choice, while the BBQ Chicken Salad brings smoky flavours. The Kale Caesar, on the other hand, focuses on protein and classic Caesar ingredients.
