Where to get your free iced coffee
The Yonge & Bloor location at 709 Yonge St. is just south of Bloor-Yonge Station, so it’s an easy stop on the way to class. The restaurant opens at 10:30 a.m., which means the giveaway starts as soon as the doors open.
If you’re downtown, head to the Chick-fil-A in the Toronto Eaton Centre at 220 Yonge St. It’s in the mall’s food court, a short walk from Dundas and Queen subway stations.

What to know before you go
- Bring your student ID: You’ll need to show a valid student ID to claim the drink.
- Go early: The coffee is available while supplies last, and the window is only an hour long.
- Mark your calendar: The deal only runs on Tuesdays, so the dates are October 6, 13, 20 and 27.
- Check before heading out: Promotions can change, so check the restaurants’ social media for updates before you go.
This isn’t the first time Chick-fil-A’s downtown Toronto restaurants have treated students to free iced coffee. The Eaton Centre location has run similar giveaways during back-to-school season and exam periods, so it’s worth following both locations if you want to catch the next one.
