- Pandan Latte
- Taro Latte
After having tried Marry Me Mochi’s Mochi doughnuts, we were instantly obsessed. With the first bite of the doughnut, you get a slightly crispy texture from the golden fried doughnut. Then right away you get that irresistable bounce and chewy mochi texture as you continue to devour the doughnut. You’re then hit with the bold flavour of the glaze highlighted by the plain doughnut. The result? A perfect harmony of texture and flavour that isn’t overpowering and also isn’t too sweet. But our favorite had to be the Creme Brulee Mochi Doughnut hands down. It was sweet, creamy, and delicious. These doughnuts gave everything you could ever want from a doughnut, plus a crunchy torched sugar coating that elevated the whole doughnut. It was pure heavenly bliss.
To wash it all down we got their Pandan and Taro Lattes, and boy were we pleased. The Taro Latte was super yummy with its creamy texture and strong Taro flavour. But the Pandan Latte took the spot as our favourite. It was a harmonious combination of the distinct pandan flavour and the perfect level of sweetness that made its way to our hearts. I still think about it to this day and I am sure to go back for it.
At Marry Me Mochi, they’re serious about quality, therefore using only top-notch ingredients in every doughnut. And with six rotating flavors each week, there’s always something new to try. Whether you’re a doughnut fan or just looking to satisfy your curiosity, these mochi doughnuts are an absolute must-try.
