Calling all ghouls, goblins, and good-time seekers! The Riverside Halloween Fest is back and better than ever. On Sunday, October 27th, Riverside Common Park and Joel Weeks Park in Toronto will transform into a Halloween haven for a day filled with spooky fun and community spirit.

What’s Happening at Riverside Common Park:
From 10 AM to 3 PM, Riverside Common Park will be buzzing with Halloween excitement:
- Pumpkin Patch: Pick out your perfect pumpkin and get decorating (while supplies last)!
- Cookie and Cupcake Decorating: Unleash your inner baker and add some spooky flair to your treats.
- Haunted House: Dare to explore our eerie attraction.
- Live DJ: Groove to Halloween tunes and dance like no one’s watching.
- Halloween Treats: Enjoy candy from local businesses that will add a little sweetness to your day (limited quantities available).
- Face Painting: Transform into your favorite Halloween character with the help of Merlin and Laura.
- Free Photobooth: Capture your costume with a snap at our photo booth in Joel Weeks Park.
What’s Happening at Joel Weeks Park:
Just a short hop away at Joel Weeks Park, the Halloween fun continues from 10 AM to 3 PM:
- Dog Costume Contest: At 12 PM, let your furry friends show off their Halloween spirit. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes! (Sign-up link coming soon)
- Free Photobooth: Courtesy of Jenny & Shane Sage Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage.
- Free Treats: For the four-legged attendees (while supplies last).
- Halloween Dog Vendors: Explore pet-themed vendors and find something special for your pooch.
Special Feature: Riverside Ghost Walk
For an extra thrill, join our Riverside Ghost Walk from 1 PM to 2 PM. For just $5, take a spooky stroll with local ghost stories led by Shari Kasman. Your ticket includes a snack from a local Riverside business and entry into a prize draw. All ticket proceeds go to a local charity. This walk is perfect for teens and adults, making it ideal for those looking for a bit of spine-chilling fun.
Tickets and Admission
The Riverside Halloween Fest is free to attend, but we recommend reserving your ticket to ensure access to all the exciting activities. Note that while some items are free, quantities may be limited. Tickets for the Ghost Walk can be purchased separately.
