Experience a Pop-Up Opera (and Pizza!)
For a limited time in July, Torontonians can catch a free, live 11-minute opera performance (plus a powerful 3-minute aria) at TD Music Hall. The story follows a sculptor who brings a frozen statue to life, echoing how Suprema breathes new life into the frozen pizza aisle with craftsmanship and soul.
Free Pizza Tasting
During the show, guests can enjoy sampling all four artisanal Suprema pizzas, each crafted with premium ingredients and authentic techniques, including:
- Calabrese ‘Nduja with hot honey: A bold, spicy sausage topped with a touch of sweet hot honey, creating a perfect balance of heat and flavor.
- Five-cheese blend featuring DOP Grana Padano: A rich and creamy combination of cheeses, highlighted by the nutty, savory notes of authentic Italian Grana Padano.
- Two other carefully crafted varieties showcasing fresh, high-quality toppings for every pizza lover’s taste.
Suprema pizzas are made using:
- Stone oven baking, preserving the authentic Neapolitan tradition while creating a crispy, perfectly cooked base.
- 24-hour triple-fermented dough that delivers a light, airy, and flavorful crust.
- Tomato passata made from sun-ripened Northern Italian tomatoes, bringing natural sweetness and vibrant acidity.
