Instructions
1. Prepare the Bread and Camembert

- Score the loaf in a criss-cross pattern without cutting through the bottom crust.
2. Season and Assemble
- Place the cheese into the hole. Pierce the top of the Camembert to allow flavors to penetrate.
- Combine garlic, thyme, and olive oil in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the garlic mixture over the loaf, working it into the cuts in the bread and into the cheese. Pour wine (if using) and honey over the bread.
3. Add Croutons
- Tear the reserved bread into croutons, place them around the loaf on the baking tray, and drizzle with olive oil.
4. Bake
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is fully melted.
5. Serve
- Serve the loaf hot with extra croutons for dipping.
