Miss Vickie’s Ristoranti Series Returns With Restaurant-Inspired Kettle Chips Across Canada
Miss Vickie’s is bringing back its Ristoranti Series for 2026, combining the flavours of three Canadian Italian restaurants with the brand’s signature kettle cooked potato chips.
Following last year’s launch, the limited-edition series returns with three flavours inspired by dishes from Pizzeria Badiali in Toronto, Ask For Luigi in Vancouver, and Nora Gray in Montréal.
This year, Miss Vickie’s is adding a new way for fans to get the chips early. Before the flavours reach store shelves, customers will have the chance to reserve a limited Chip Kit featuring all three varieties.

Miss Vickie’s Introduces Early Chip Reservations
Starting June 26, 2026, Miss Vickie’s will offer 100 Ristoranti Series Chip Kits through a free reservation program available while supplies last.

Each Chip Kit includes:
- All three Ristoranti Series flavours
- A message from each restaurant partner
- A numbered reservation card confirming the limited release
The reservation program gives fans the opportunity to receive the chips before the official retail launch on July 12, 2026 at retailers across Canada.
Three Restaurant Dishes Reimagined as Kettle Chips
The Ristoranti Series brings together Miss Vickie’s culinary team and three Canadian restaurants to recreate familiar Italian dishes in snack form.
Each flavour was developed through restaurant tastings, recipe analysis, and seasoning adjustments to capture the key elements of the original dishes.
Vodka Sauce Pizza

In collaboration with Pizzeria Badiali — Toronto
Inspired by Pizzeria Badiali’s popular vodka sauce pizza, this flavour combines creamy tomato notes, oregano, cheese flavours, and hints of wood-fired pizza character.
The collaboration translates the restaurant’s pizza profile into a kettle chip format designed for snack lovers across Canada.
Cacio e Pepe

In collaboration with Ask For Luigi — Vancouver
The Cacio e Pepe flavour takes inspiration from the Vancouver restaurant’s pasta dish built around cheese and black pepper.
The chip version focuses on the combination of savoury cheese notes and cracked pepper flavours that define the original dish.
Spicy Pepperoncini & Focaccia

In collaboration with Nora Gray — Montréal
Inspired by Nora Gray’s focaccia, this flavour brings together pepperoncini, sweet onion, and sourdough-inspired notes.
The result reflects the restaurant’s approach to Italian cooking while introducing those flavours in a new snack format.
