Why Attend the Record Breaker Cold Plunge?

What’s Included?

Participants can expect a carefully planned and supportive experience:

  • Welcome & Introduction – Get a warm welcome and learn about the event’s purpose and mission.
  • Guided Breathwork – Ease into the experience with calming techniques led by experts.
  • Collective Plunge – Join a like-minded community as you take the dive together.

What to Bring
